Workshop registration information
Public workshop registration is managed through Ticket Tailor.
Ticket Tailor may process information such as your name, email address, ticket selections, order information, waitlist status, attendance information, and marketing preferences.
Booking information
The 1:1 Career Pivot Diagnostic Session is booked through Calendly.
Calendly may process information such as your name, email address, selected appointment time, time zone, responses to booking questions, payment status, and scheduling history.
Payment information
Workshop purchases are initiated through Ticket Tailor and processed through its connected payment processor.
Payments for the 1:1 Career Pivot Diagnostic Session are processed through Stripe using Calendly.
Payments for organizational engagements may be processed through Stripe or another payment method identified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Career Probe does not store complete payment-card details.

6. Workshop Recording
Career Probe occasionally records live workshop sessions for internal review, program improvement, accessibility, or marketing purposes.
Recordings may include short clips used to help prospective participants understand how the Career Probe method works in practice.
Because Career Probe workshops are interactive, recordings may capture participants’ names, images, voices, LEGO® models, comments, and other information they choose to share during the session. Career Probe may not be able to exclude individual participants from a workshop selected for recording.
Participants are notified of recording during registration, in the workshop confirmation materials, or before recording begins. Registration for a recorded workshop may require acknowledgment of the recording policy.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for a particular use, Career Probe will request that consent.
Recordings are not routinely distributed to participants. If access to a recording would support an accessibility-related need, a participant may contact hello@careerprobelab.com. Requests are considered individually.
Access to workshop recordings is limited to Career Probe and service providers involved in recording, secure storage, editing, or approved distribution.
Career Probe reviews retained recordings periodically and deletes recordings that are no longer reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
The 1:1 Career Pivot Diagnostic Session is not recorded.
Individual follow-on coaching provided as part of an organizational engagement is not recorded unless the participant and Career Probe expressly agree otherwise in writing before the session.

Career Probe uses third-party service providers to operate its website, communicate with customers, administer registrations, deliver services, store materials, and process payments.

Ticket Tailor, for workshop listings, registration, ticketing, waitlists, orders, and attendee communications
Stripe, for payment processing

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and contractual terms. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform services on behalf of Career Probe.

Email-subscriber information
Email-subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression records needed to honor your request.
Workshop information
Workshop registration and order information is retained as needed for registration administration, participant communication, follow-up, financial records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Waitlist information is retained until it is no longer needed for the relevant workshop or related offerings.
Calendly booking information
Calendly booking and intake information is retained as needed to schedule, deliver, document, and follow up on the booked service.
Organizational engagement information
